Terms & Conditions

 

We will ship your order within 24 hours of processing your order.  Orders are usually processed immediately via our secure online processing system, so the vast majority of our orders leave our office the next day.  You will receive a notification and tracking number (if applicable) that your order has shipped and when you can expect it to arrive.  All of our artwork is shipped flat or if possible, in a rolled tube.  If there is a problem processing your payment, we will contact you to help find a resolution to the problem.

 

Regardless of where you are located or where your billing address is, all customers having items shipped to a State of Texas address are subject to Texas State sales tax.  All costs are subject to tax including shipping fees and this is not negotiable.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping/handling) if we are notified of your desire to return your artwork within 30 days of the shipping date.  Returns after 30 days of original shipping date may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.  Please contact us at returns@transglobal-arts.com to arrange returns.
